Involved in its program are: in-patient service, out-patient service, partial hospitalization, emergency, geriatics, children's services, alcohol and drugs, research and evaluation, consultation, education and aftercare. A psychologist is at the Winchester Clinic daily and psychiatric services are available at Richmond.
